    transfering music and pics without an sd card inserted

    i have a htc mytouch 4g and i dont have a sd card at the moment inserted. However i know the phone has 1gb internal storage. Are there any way i could transfer music or pictures from my computer to the internal storage without an sd card? thanks in advance guys
