Thanks for replying Nathan. Its not quite the spring effect seen in the 5 which is more indicative of the quick release. It feels like that minus the auto ejection. Its the faintest feeling...i just don't want to damage a new device. I don't know if it presses the pen tip or there is a feature...

Silly question...Is it possible to insert the S Pen too far into the device? When pressing in I can feel the initial click and secure. However, I have caught myself pressing slightly too hard and it felt like it just pressed against a small spring mechanism...
