I would think its the battery since its not holding charge, if you can check and make sure its plugged in right that'll be great. I work in a phone store and a lot of the new batteries we get sometimes don't work. Posted via Android Central App

I'm most likely wrong but i feel like google is delaying the nexus ota's so they can release them along side the GPE phones. That's just what i think.

Since the nexus 5 is shipping in a few days with 4.4. Wouldn't google release factory images at around the same time? Or would they wait till every device gets the update?
