    I used the MR1 auto root yesterday on a TB that had already done the OTA upgrades... no problems. The only thing I did differently was select the "Stay awake" as well as the USB debugging mode. Screen never went blank until I pushed the power button for the reboots! Now to root my wife's phone. :D

    I don't know if this translates to the Thunderbolt and LTE or not, but I've always experienced crappy battery life when Verizon starts messing with their towers. If they are servicing the CDMA towers, the radio starts searching & doing stupid stuff and can drain a freshly charged battery in 2...
