I FINALLY got someone to offer me a different phone than the TB.. So I tell them to send it out. 4 days later my phone arrives, open the box.. boom, thunderbolt, was supposed to be HTC Rezound.. Call them back tell them what happened, "oh we will get you the rezound sent out overnight" - 2 days...
