I've done all these things...car mode is off. Text to speech is off. On my s5, its so very loud. Make it go away?

I have a car mode, which is turned off. Galaxy s5' here, and it tells me who's calling in a stupid loud voice....I'd like that to stop. I've gone through the vision menus, no luck. Any other suggestions? Is it just part of the "intro" into visual voice mail which I have the free 30 days too...

I did the smart switch app, when transferring from I cloud to the s5. But I believe I saw a "from Google" account as well...don't know if this helps any Posted via Android Central App

Recently switched from an iPhone, and things are complicated. 1) when my phone is locked, I can't use any voice command ie I want to send text while driving, but have to unlock the phone which defeats the purpose. I set up some wake up thing, but it still won't turn it on while locked (even...
