Make sure you have the latest win 32. I had problems with an older version and error 8. Also if i might suggest, another poster made the suggestion to try the alternative method. That method is much easier use, easier to update and easier to partion. You will not be dissapionted.

The issue seems to be the range of the bluetooth. I can get my motorola sd9's to work if i hold the nook about 8" from my head. My keyboard works from about 2 foot and my droix from about the same distance. I would let the driver evolve

Transcend 8 gig class 6 ( i have 4 of them) currently running the following Froyo 0.6.7 honeycomb ( listed on this forum) Cm7 rc4. I have had no speed or performance issues with these cards

Rom manager update fried froyo on Sd card Anyone else had this happen? I turned on the nook and it automaticaly started to download an updated rom manager. Once it was complete it just gives FC on anything and everything google. Tried to reboot but no deal. This was my daily. Any suggestions...

The wifi will work on any wifi. The store wifi is for the free reading materials.

adb.exe is in the sdk platform-tools folder as far as the card i am not sure. Are you running from an external card reader?

I know i had these problems initially. dont use the card reader/writer port in the PC use an external usb reader/writer. Make sure you have the lateset version of win32, (this got me for a few days). Make sure you are running win 32 as administrator. It is only advice but maybe it will help.

In root explorer you must change it from r-o to r-w. read only to read write. if this helps hit the thanks button.

Ok probably a question that has been asked before. How do i compress the my .img backup files. I have froyo,HC and Cm7 saved but its eating up my HD. Any advice would be much appreciated.

edit build.prop If you have access to the market down load root explorer. Yes its a paid app but if you planning on trying different roms it is money well spent. There are a few strings here in the forum to help you along. follow the instructions and you should have no issues. Hope this helps.
