Screen Overlay Detected error on Marshmallow.
When looking at the list of apps in the screen overlay permissions, find the settings and show "system apps" and/or "enabled" apps. Make sure all apps are turned off, or switch them one by one (i know, there's a lot) to figure out which is the trouble app.
