It really depends on what you use your phone for. I had to make the same choice when I bought my phone. I ended up paying full price and don't regret it at all. My plan would have been 10 dollars more a month for 2gb or 20 more a month for 4. Times that by 2 years and I actually saved myself...

Alright thats good to know. I guess i got some thing to think about. If i switched my plan i would be paying an extra $240 a year alone just in the bill along top of the $190 i would be paying to upgrade and only getting 2GB. $480 if i went the 4GB route..so i guess it does even out in the end...
