Re: Unpacked/preorder - Samsung order error Yes, I have been getting the same error on my phone and computer browser. I'm trying to upgrade a Verizon line. I don't know if that's the problem or what. Waiting on hold for support, since 3 chat support people couldn't do anything. Very annoying!
