    If you aren't successful in reaching Verizon you may want to look into contacting Samsung directly in regards to this.

    Generally speaking most of our customers enjoy the GS4 more than the Note II. This is due to the the processor and features on the GS4.

    I see. That's unfortunate for sure. We usually suggest not rooting devices, but understand why some prefer to do so. Have you attempted a hard reset on the device, with the soft keys? This may not resolve the issue but wouldn't hurt either.

    A 7 inch tab is a great choice. It honestly proves to be easily visible and can be easier to carry throughout the day, as opposed to the larger 10' tab.
