Try setting wifi to off on sleep. Go to wifi see the link top left for more, then check wifi on in sleep and scanning modes, check to ensure these are not set to be on all the time, let us know your experience. Hope this helps. Posted via the Android Central App

The Red X I believe is just about the Charge status - most PCs cannot put out enough juice over the USB to charge the device optimally, so this is a warning. Regarding transfer use Samsung Smart Switch, this give a file folder explorer where you can see images etc.

use the samsung HDMI adapter, it works fine, just ensure you get the most up to date and compliant one as they are not all the same in tersm of pins.

On the go. I have used otg fine with my s2 9.7, but all otg cables are not the same as there are some incompatible specifications that have been adopted over the years. Try a few other otg cables. I had one from Sony I believe that works fine, others don't. I will try to add a screenshot later...
