Had a very negative experiences with generic charging cables, even those that have loads of good reviews on Amazon or elsewhere eventually crap out within days.

A PDF is not really scalable, that is you just zoom in or out. So its usually not a pleasant experience to read on a tablet especially if the PDF is A4 causing everything to look tiny on a device. I would look into transferring to epub or mobi which are better e-book formats or make sure when...
