    Android System using 30% battery

In my experience, Google=android. Whenever you use Google, it shows up as android/services, etc. If you want iPhone battery life, then you should set your android up like an iPhone. For a Samsung phone, this means a granular sweep of the settings and turning off anything you never had on the...

    Again: Doze vs. App Optimization

App optimisation freezes selected apps depending on the time you set (auto/off/on) Doze zombifies apps regardless once the phone is still. (Note freeze/=zombies) I think they work well together. App optimisation works great for apps used normally, whilst doze works well on letting the phone sleep.

iPhone 6's are bending when sitting down?

Do you own a swiss watch like an omega or a rolex? if so, looking after that and wearing it must drive you nuts. There is a line where a device crosses over from being a usable tool to a piece of jewelry. A smartphone (like a watch) is first and foremost a tool. it has a definite purpose. It...

Why did you choose to own a Android device?

As an ex BMW owner, its my experience that the vast majority of us (that I talk too) haven't a clue what's under the hood. And like Apple devices, I've found it to be an over designed and under engineered piece of expensive fluff. A ford would be much better for far less. Regarding your second...

Why did you choose to own a Android device?

Specs are meaningless to all but those whom they are important (ie those chasing a bargain or those whom are genuine power users) . Ask most BMW owners how many cylinders their engine has and the answer will mostly be "dunno" All that is important for the Iphone is that its good enough at what...

    Google Wallet is Dead.

Meanwhile in Europe..... For Google to truly compete with Apple they need to be on-song 100% across all regions from the moment the box is open, I like Google, but "not available in your country" is a bit of a oversight if they want Android to truly stand up to the rest.

my HTC m8 is terrible please help

Yep. 1-2℅ drain p/h and don't forget that (iianm) the phone doesn't keep the battery at exactly 100% when charged. It cycles on and off The last 5-10℅ A better value for your standby drain will be had if you left it for a day*.... *imagine, lol

my HTC m8 is terrible please help

Not true. Don't go through FULL cycles regularly as batteries in general have a certain quantum of energy they can can give, but, unless I am mistaken, its good to let a phone battery discharge every month or so (and after a few charge cycles when new) so that the internal battery calibration...
