My s8, I can make calls, but can't answer them. When phone rings, I select answer, then it immediately hangs itself up. Any ideas?

Mx player is excellent.

Mine did that on day 6 with 80% charge. Wouldnt power back on, wouldnt take a charge. No lights whatsoever. I called sprint, they said to take it to a store to see if it can be fixed. I said NO, I want it exchanged for a new one. So they overnighted a new s8 to me. So far. This one is ok.

In the gift box there should've been a small black (4"x6") envelope. Inside is a white card with a code on it.

By unlocked, they mean to install your phone with it on and running on home screen. Don't install it with your lock screen on.

Have your phone on & unlocked. Put it into the gear headpiece. It will recognize your phone & set up the download. Then will tell u to remove your phone to finish downloading app. Follow directions on your phones screen after u remove it.

When I pulled up the check gift status page, it always looked just like lighteningGa picture. Except, under status it always displayed a number, 2 or 3, which meant nothing to me. I did however receive my bundle last Friday.

The only way I could see how to do it, is take a screen shot. Then send that to printer. Should be an easier way, but I haven't found it.

I have an Epson printer. It works very well.

That does work. The problem I was having was, I could update my personal contact photo in the phone. But it was not changing another contact photo, which was google. I just unlinked them, so my personal profile info is phone only. Thanks for including the pix, it helped.

I was wondering about the same issue.

I should add, when I am in town, the service is excellent. Never a dropped call and data 4g/LTE is very fast.

I live in rural area, about 15 miles outside of town. I get good phone reception, but data is horrible. Lucky to get 3g from Sprint service, its super slow. So, I rely on my homes Wi-Fi for data, & it's dsl. Not super fast either, but still better than the slow 3g I get.

Ringtones, go to phone. Hit settings, then you'll see ringtones, and can select what u want.
