GPS only means using only the GPS chip, so it does not consume data. High accuracy does a bit I think. However, using google nav/map may consumes data.

It may have not liked being dropped into water. I don't think you have many solutions here.

Try removing the battery for some seconds then put it back.

That's just marketing. Now, I hope they will not release 4K screen phones before the hardware is ready to handle 4K intensive 3D games...

My opinion is that privileges seem to be a mess... Some privileges descriptions are not really clear for a newbie... They should simplify it.

Don't use trademarks... Google doesn't like it. Your app could be suspended.
