well guess what my nexus has excatly the same issue.. reset it, use rootkits it follows all commands.. wipe all date but on rebooting its like it was .. no app can be deleted.. can remain on for hours on toolkit or in recovery mode but when u start using it after reboot it keeps rebooting...
