Why the hell is the green check symbol slightly protruding out of its box at the top right? Why does the virtual groove for the Smart Scroll slider not perfectly twice the area of the slider itself? Why is this person not checking his notifications?

Just like any toy, it's gonna get old. But I'm still amazed by the speed of this thing. Just think, I went from a Nexus S with 3G to this monster with H+. It's blaaaazing.

It's probably not gonna work, sorry to say. The ports don't align, and by the look of that photo, the position of the micro-USB connector is not adjustable. Looking at my N4 and NS, the port offset is considerable.

I believe it's impossible to replace the stock clock display. I was hoping to be able to do that too, but to no avail. This means it always requires a single swipe to get to the widget.

Agreed. It's a terrible design. At least my Nexus S didn't muffle the audio AS MUCH as the Nexus 4.

Do you mean when those buttons change to little grey dots in place of their former symbols? Screenshots can be taken by pressing and holding the volume down rocker and power button simultaneously.

Hound them until you get a replacement. I can't believe that this should happen without a considerable impact of some sort, which you say did not occur.

Overall, they are similar phones, except the look, no? If you really want a change, go for the Note II. That's like, got that stick thingy. If you get bored of that, too, get another Note II and you have yourself a pair of chopsticks. [Edit: I also recommend flashing it with different ROMS...
