The temperature was hot. I was cycling the batter. I used the charger that came with the phone. I let the battery get to 5% then started charging it. Posted via Android Central App

The phone was hot but no hotter than any other Samsung phone I have had. If I used the charger that came with the phone and did not over charge the phone how would it be the users fault? Posted via Android Central App

Yes please everyone please take pictures of your phone for documentation. And keep records of you calling Samsung and your cellphone providers. I really do dislike the face they still are not covering it. Telling people you must have dropped it like there products is perfect. I don't have a...

I am sorry to hear that everyone. I still need about 20-30 more people to get everything started. But we are close. I just wish there was a simpler way to just get our phones fixed or replace at no charge to use. But I guess there are levels to this! Smh Posted via Android Central App
