For some reason my phone hasn't gotten the update to this calling problem; is there anyway I can get it? I'm so confused

Okay I had this problem too, but I fixed it by just calling HTC, if you Google HTC helpline it will give you their number for your country, and it's super simple and seriously it's WAY easier than deleting all your data (did that and it delete ALL my photos so... Over 4,000 memories gone) anyway...
