Ok, so they are not currently using data, they just have in the past?

Looking at my Data "removed apps and users" is using the most data and its all back ground data. There's no app to go to or uninstall so I can't figure out how to stop it. Any ideas? Also, I uninstalled an app (Floating Stickies) but whenever I turn my phone on it starts up even though its not...

I'm having the same problem on my Note 4. I haven't found a solution yet:(
