Haven't had that exact problem but being a previous note 7 owner/survivor I then bought the S7 edge as a replacement which as soon as i began using it would reboot once or twice per day. I took it back to the shop and they reflashed the software and then blamed me for installing third party apps...

I'm using the Samsung LED flip wallet. I used one for my note 4 and had bought one for my note 7 🙁 and I must say the edge flip wallet looks a whole lot cheaper but just as pricey.

Mine was the next day 9/01 Vietnam.

They limited my charge to 60% here in the UK. I had no option but to hand it in. When I did they ordered a replacement which I picked up the next day. The replacement runs better than the original Note 7.

At Carphone Warehouse in the UK they wanted everything back but the new phone came with all accessories anyway. The staff even checked inside the box to make sure everything was there and had been packed properly?

It seems like the staff are looking at the restocking date when the Note 7 will be sold again and are unaware of REPLACEMENT arrangements which appears to be as soon as a batch appears on the computer you book one for the customer who has returned their old one.

I've handed my Laggy Note 7 in this morning due to Samsung updating my phone with the battery charge to 60% limit "feature". Now I'm using my old Note 3 and it's not quite as Laggy as my Note 7. Loving the nostalgia.

How would you resolve the lag? If you tell me, I can tell you I tried it then you can get another phone.

I wish I knew what triggered it. Well I've handed it back for replacement due to the battery problem. They say I should get it tomorrow fingers crossed. Had to hand it back really after Samsung sent an update limiting my battery to 60% charge capacity.

Got the warning from Samsung this evening that tomorrow they will be updating my device so that it will only charge to 60% so I should exchange it for the loan phone from cw now. Ooooo I'm scared!
