Re: Update coming to HTC evo 4g lte
zmann I dont know why I like it. I first time I used it I hated it. When I rooted my OGevo the first rom I used had it and hated it then, I searched right away for a new rom. I think it should be an option to disable it.

To all the prople with the problem with there phones have any of you tried to do a factory reset and the re-run the RUU? I dont know if this will help but it might be worth a shot for someone to try.
This happened to me a few days and and again this morning. I did a soft reset and it fixes it for a little while. I think it was early August I was not able to receiving or able to send text messages, I called Sprint and they reset my network.
Holy Crap. 7 blackberry curves?
I repair and refurbish devices for a living and i pride my self in my quality of work. I can speak from experience the BB curve 83xx and 93xx devices are pretty well built. Not sure what caused you to go thru so many of them but sounds like if you got them all...
well I'm a truck driver so the holster is key. I have both the otterbox defender and seidio combo. I had good sucess with the sideo with the OGEVO so I bought one for the EVOLTE. Havent tried the Seidio out yet because the otterboxs is good except the screen protector.(only have one ding) I like...
I had a problem with the weather no showing my current city. I e-mail HTC and they told me to clear all clock and weather data in all apps then reboot the phone. It worked for me, also if you use the stock task manager do not kill google services and htc weather services.
I dont know if this will help, but I had minor screen flickering and I just did a factory reset and it seemed to help. I dont know if Im going crazy or not. I know doing a factory reset is a pain in the arse, but it might be worth a shot.
I have the same problem. Last night I went to charge it and it said discharging so I left it to see what would happen and it started to charge. This happened on both of the phones I've had.
