Nope- no message that it didn't receive a clear image- just crashes invariably when I hit the "use" button to send the image. I looked at the feedback on the Chase app on the Google Play site, and many people have the same problem. So I guess I just have to wait and see if it gets ironed out...

Not sure why it won't work on your phone; I have that very rule working on my M (trigger=connected to any wifi, action=mobile data off). I did notice when looking at the rule that the mobile data option is greyed out, but only because it is already set as an action. Are you sure it isn't...
