I can drag the slider, but the / stays there with the grayed out sound icon. When I use the volume button on the side it just changes the Music, video, games, and other media volume. It just vibrates for phone calls or notifications. I tried a flash light app that I thought was the problem...

I just got this phone. I cant figure out how to fix this. I want to enable the Ringtones & Notifications. I just did a factory reset because I couldnt figure out how to re-enable it after it became disabled once already, and it just disabled itself again. I need to figure out the problem because...
