I rebooted my Note 8 and it won't come back on. The blue LED is on, but it is completely unresponsive. I've tried holding down the power button (up to a minute) and nothing. What else can I try? Thanks.

I looked up the difference between hard reset and factory reset. What I found was that a hard reset will wipe everything, including your memory card. A factory reset will only wipe your phone. I still backed up everything and did just a factory reset. I can say that it definitely fixed the wifi...

I like a few of the changes with the update, but I'm pretty disappointed overall. My battery life has taken a MAJOR hit and I have no wifi unless I turn on airplane mode and then turn on wifi. From what I've read, it seems doing a reset will fix this. :/ Is there any other way? I'm not rooted...
