Cleared the contacts manager app data. Worked beautifully!

My contacts storage has ballooned to 14GB! And every time I delete any other data (i.e. I deleted 3GB of vid and photos last night) the contact DB seems to only grow and consume the available space. woke up this AM with the low memory message AGAIN. battery doctor shows this app has been...
