I have Lexus ES300H-2013, have same problems, losing connection every minute or so, contacts not transferring at all, now always stops on 305 contact-says failed to transfer. Tried to pair phone with older cars (Bmw535 2010, Lexus LS 2012)woks fine contacts transferring ok . T-Mobile exchanged...
