You might want to call Verizon and report it. They told me some others were also having this same problem. The more people that call the quicker a fix will be made.

I called Verizon 2 weeks ago about this problem and they had me try Handcent and it made no difference. They ended up submitting a ticket to LG and are supposed to get back with me.

What kind of signal do you have? Mine take forever or fail with 3G. If I have 4G they are instant.

I was told by Verizon that the size of the photo does not matter. The phone compresses the picture before it sends it. My pics take a long time to send no matter what size I have them set on.

I figured it out after I talked with Verizon. They never said anything about another card. Open it up and see if the number matches the one on your order. If it does switch them out. If you find out why it came with 2 sim cards could you let me know?

Did your phone come with a SIM card in a sealed cardboard container? I had to take the one out of the phone and put that one in. The two cards had different numbers and the one in the box had the number that matched my order. I also had to call Verizon as it was not added to my plan.

The correct otterbox just came out for the Verizon version. I wouldn't look at the reviews that are more than a couple of weeks old. They had to create a whole new case for Verizon due to it being slightly different.

Home WiFi. I tried with WiFi off and on. It seems to be the size of the pic that is causing the problem. When I first talked to verizon they said 2 bars on 3G should work. Hopefully they can figure something out when I call them back.

Seems like when my phone loses 4G it is hard to find back. If I reboot it will usually find it again.

Called verizon and they had me send a message in safe mode and it worked. Deleted two apps and it worked. So we thought that the apps were the problem. Before we did all of this they had me power the phone off and it found 4G. After it worked out of safe mode I thought the problem was fixed...
