    I noticed this file as well when I got my LG G3..... But it only showed up after I installed atorrent.... After I uninstalled atorrent it went away.... So if you have a torrent app installed that may be the issue....

    Rooting a Galaxy S4 without computer?

    Install supersu or superuser from the play store first (if you can install the binary then you have root.... If not) .... Run towelroot... Then run supersu and install the binary... May need a reboot if it says not successful like what happened to me... I just did this today on my S4...

    Towel Root and help request

    According to the website at will root anything with a kernel built before Jun 3/14....i just ran towelroot on my SamsungGalaxy S4 today and worked like a charm...have full root access(I had supers pre-installed so I could test if the binary would install... It failed... But showed as successful...
