The same goes for me. I disabled the connections optimizer (settings>n/w connections>more networks>mobile networks), and then manually connected to my home wi-fi. I suppose I will have to repeat when I exit and re-enter my home wi-fi range, but it solved the problem of that intrusive prompt...
