So today i dropped my htc m8 and apparently the phone was fine except for the screen, the display at the top is blurred out with pixel lines showing , i was thinking of flashing the stock recovery and then sending it for repair ? or should i return back to stock (im S-ON). or m i worrying too...

ts bit too late to ask but still , if i flash with s-on a gpe rom and fastboot boot boot.img will that solve the problem and the rom which requires s-off will run fine ??

HTC M8 S-off (android l 5.00) i know the device its self hasn't got the update yet but we do know the android 5.0 has the system and the kernel combined , even the security is high there fore will there be any further development for s-off ?? and its sure that htc will patch sunshine
