I tried using Deja Office to sync Outlook 2010 (Vista) on my laptop with my Droid X. Finally had to delete it because it caused duplicate contacts and the sync would freeze occasionally. It was an expensive app to buy (don't remember but $39 strikes a bell) :'( Now I'm still looking to sync...
