Finally was able to order after a few hours of web and app issues. I ordered the ultra in Violet. I'm trading in my 22 ultra.

Anything I wanted was sold out [emoji849]. It took several hours to check out. The website and app hanging. By the time I did get to checkout 3 of the 4 items were out.

Anytime I've gotten phones delivered whether insurance replacement or pre-ordered devices there has been No signature required. Fortunately, I've been home each time and grab it off the porch as the driver leaves.

Just pre-ordered online using Jump... Effortless. Do they send you info about sending in your old phone? I've never upgraded online only in the store. BTW I ordered the Lilac.
