I have an HTC one (Sprint) and I have unlocked the bootloader. nothing else is done. I am now trying to sell it and want to erase all my data but when i perform a hard reset or factory reset it enters recovery mode and doesnt wipe it clean...does anyone know what I am doing wrong/have to do...

I have an HTC one for Sprint and I unlocked the bootloader. I didnt do anything else with it, and now I cannot access OTA updates...my question is how do I re-lock it? and will I then be able to get OTA updates? I really appreciate anyone helping me out!

:'(I tried to root my phone but did not get past the "unlocking" part. My bootload screen (white screen with android skateboarding) now says ***TAMPERED*** and ***UNLOCKED*** My goal is to be able to download the new 4.3 update OTA but it will not download, I am assuming because it is unlocked...
