    Update agent?!?!?!

    Yup, Was Avast in my case. Launch the Avast App, Select 'Setting' (top-right button) Scroll all the way to the bottom and select 'avast! Anti-Theft removal wizard'. 'Fix Issue' will remove the 'Update Agent' if it is installed.
