After struggling with useless wifi, this did the trick for me in about ten seconds! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ever since my phone updated yesterday, I have been unable to change anything about my notifications. Even though I go in and change the notification sound and vibration pattern, it never changes. It always stays as the long vibration and email sound for everything. Anyone having the same problem?
