Just wanted to thank you for this, Foxbat121. I was giving up on my Urbane 2 and trying to return it to AT&T yesterday. Was on the phone with 3 different techs and nobody could figure this out. My first Urbane 2 (nov '15 version) worked just fine with this, but I thought they firmware locked...
