Not true - In Piscataway and Clark and Rahway I can not get an LTE call to go through. Have to force the N5 to 3g for it to work.

I am able to reproduce this problem in the Rahway, Clark NJ area 100% of the time. If the phone is connected via LTE and a call is initiated, the phone drops to HSPA+ as soon as send is hit. Nexus 5 on AT&T calls sometimes will always drop after connecting. I was at the Rahway NJ train station and kept calling a number and as soon as they answered the phone would beep and drop the call. It happened when they called me to. I could not establish a usable call. Powered the phone off...

This method worked for me. I did have to hold the power & volume down for about 30 seconds. BTW the battery was only down by 50% when it was put on the charger last night. This morning it would not turn on. For me it doesn't seem to be about the battery getting to low, more about it being idle...
