It is not a text document. Your computer is recognizing it as a txt file. You have to UN-associate from the file reading as a txt. Somewhere in this thread depicts how to do that such thing.

Goto Samsung website and download the drivers for your device. Most of the time that is the issue.

The only thing you can do then is to download the links via computer. The links are fine. I just now tested them.

If you have CWM and SuperUser than you are rooted.

If your device does not connect to Odin usually that means the drivers. Uninstall any drivers you have for this device, then reboot. After reboot, then plug your device back onto your computer and let the computer find and install them. I know it can be pain (uninstalling drivers) but it will work.

Yes it will say that. Due to limitations with this device, some of the partitions are not available. Meaning the custom recovery is set for other partitions then what the this device has. You will be just fine.

Most of the time, it does deal with the drivers. Just goto the Samsung website and pick up the drivers.

What Odin are you using? Are you using the Odin from my thread or a different one? All Odin's do not work with this device.

I do know the issue at hand has nothing to do with rooting as rooting only gives you access to all files on your device. There has been no kernal but the original ever made for this device. Unfortunately, this device can not handle a modified kernel. With that being said, the best option is to...
