Does anyone know of a 4G/LTE toggle button that I can add to my screen that looks like this and actually works?

How were you able to make your wallpaper fit the phone screen perfectly? I cropped the image for the screen dimensions but when I go to apply the wallpaper the screen has a square crop box that distorts the photo.

Hi everyone I can't my Gmail app to automatically push my messages to my Gmail. I do not want my messages to go to the native droid mail app. Please see the screen shots below of my settings:

Take a look at this screen shot. I cropped this picture to be the perfect size for the phone's screen. How come it makes you pick the crop box when trying to add a photo for the wallpaper?
