    my android smart tv does not starts

    Hi there, My tv 1 x ELECTRIQ 40" 1080P FULL HD LED ANDROID SMART TV WITH FREEVIEW HD was purchased in December 2017 from applicants direct. They say it is under warranty from UK warranty however, UK warranty say that they can't find me in their system. What do I do?
