I actually installed this firmware (https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-note-9-us/firmware/SM-N960U/USC/download/N960USQS2CSGB/287623/). The data went onto the phone but now it is booting up endlessly on the blue screen that says Installing System Update

So I have to use Odin to update my note 9 because it will not update itself. My model number is the SM-N960U and I am currently using ATT, however I bought the phone unlocked. I am going to flash the firmware from this link [redacted]. Is this the proper download for me? Sorry for my lack of...
