The only reason I went to Samsung was my LG V10 got wet and no longer worked. So I paid that phone off and got the S8+. I don't like the fact there is no removal battery.

I did the wipe cache and I am still getting this problem. I called Verizon and they say it's the firmware that is doing this. I also called Samsung and they will replace the phone. The thing with them is I will not have a phone for a week.

To Backup I found a app that lets you do a FTP transfer over the wifi network. I would use that instead of plugging in the phone to the computer. The program is called SwiFTP.
