I went for silver for the retro look. in the 60s to 80s all the amps, reel 2 reels and tape decks, ghetto blasters etc were covered in stainless steel. even the cars were full of silver (chrome). silver is easy to keep clean too. easy to polish and it doesnt go yellow like white and doesnt show...
