Hi, I have the similar problem, after update nvidia shield hub , the tree white leds are on , and the nvidia button green doesn't change anything when I tap or hold 3s,6s,15s, 30s. I search to force power off or reset controller . I hope you have other idea to resolve my problem. Thank.
