Go to 'Settings / Device maintenance / Battery'. Touch the 'Menu' at the top right of the screen and select 'Advanced settings'. You can either turn 'Fast cable charging' On or Off.

Do you have the 'Always On Display' selected at 'Settings / Lock Screen and security' ?
