Same thing happened to me. Fortunately I had set up the Samsung account when I got my phone. All of my SMEMO notes were there. Go to settings - Accounts - Samsung Account - sign in and BAM! All your notes will sync back to phone. If for some reason you never have set up the Samsung account do...
