    The numbers after the period of your order number are a reference number. You can copy it and find your shipping info from FedEx website, under "tracking" and "search by reference number".

    I found my 32G graphite had been shipped this afternoon, around 5pm (I checked the reference number on FedEx.) But no info from Google and Google rep told me it haven't been shipped and still in processing.

    That's weird. The charge of my 32G graphite is gone. In processing since Tuesday, but right now, there is no charge for my card.

    I have chatted with Google support. They told me my Graphite 32G would ship on Nov 2. Next Monday. I ordered on 10/1. In processing since Tuesday. Good news, anyway.
