Thanks. Per the ATT site it says the latest firmware is supposed to be G981USQS1CTL1 (S20 5G). They have it listed as Android 10 and seems to be just a security update. (small file size) On Frija they have it as R(Android 11) Understood about the Home CSC file..also leave User Data empty.

Sorry for the rehash... I am one of the lucky many that never gets OTA updates from ATT (USA). It began when I moved from the s7 to the s10...I ended up ditching the s10 coz I hated it and got the s20...well this doesn't update either. Have spent years on the phone with ATT and we all know how...
